| | And now for something completely new Well, it sounds like a lot of fun, so we have put together a team of guys who will do "THE TOUGH BLOKES CHALLENGE". Team includes: Patrick and Patrick (from Ti2), as well as Dave Nagle and Tony (Scan) Griffin (from Nanosonics). Also Pat2's brother Bryden will be there. Considering he is half some of our age, I'm sure he will be giving us a real challenge. For more event details, have a look at this link. Hopefully we can get some funny photos here. | | Dry July - Aaarrghh!! it's here again!! Wow, this seems to have rolled around much quicker than expected. The month of no alcohol to raise money to benefit the lives of adults living with cancer. A great cause, but a tough challenge.... well for Patrick anyhow. If you want to find out more, or better still, support this cause, then go to this link: |

| | MS Fun Run - Fund Raising If you want to take part in a good cause fund raiser, and also run a very nice course, then this run is recommended. It is held every year, the 8km run being held at North Sydney. It starts near Lunar Park and is a very scenic course (with a few hills thrown in). And not a bad result, placed 194 out of about 1000 runners. Time of 39:30 for the 8km. For more info: http://www.mswalk.org.au/ |
| | Tough Times for Ventracor Ventracor has been in the news a lot lately, with the threat of the Proudly Australian IP going overseas. However the share holders have got together and are staging an interesting fight. For more information, www.saveventracor.com. Good luck!! And if you need any more reasons as to why this is such a great company and product, read about Dobbo and what he has been doing after he got his implant. Amazing stuff!! http://bluevadman.blogspot.com/ |
