Technical Description

WireXpert 500

The entry-level certifier targeting the needs of the majority of copper cable installers.

  • Certifies copper cabling to Cat 5e, 6, and 6A (Class D, E, EA) per TIA and ISO/IEC standards

  • Meets TIA and ISO Level IIIe accuracy requirements, independently verified by ETL

  • Supports Industrial Ethernet certification with M12 connectivity

  • Upgradeable via software licence to WireXpert 500-PLUS (adding fibre) or WireXpert 4500 (adding Cat 8 / 2,500 MHz capability)


WireXpert 500-PLUS

The combined copper and fibre certifier for installers needing both in a single kit.

  • All WireXpert 500 copper features, plus integrated fibre optic certification

  • Supports multimode fibre at 850/1300 nm and single-mode fibre at 1310/1550 nm

  • Upgradeable to WireXpert 4500 (Cat 8) capability if required


WireXpert 4500

The flagship certifier for the highest-performance cabling systems and data centres.

  • Certifies copper cabling from Cat 5 through to Cat 8 (Class D, E, EA, F, FA, Class I & II) per TIA and ISO/IEC standards

  • Certifier up to 2500 MHz

  • Meets and exceeds ISO Level VI, V, IV, IIIe and TIA Level 2G and IIIe accuracy requirements

  • Full fibre optic certification for multimode (850/1300 nm) and single-mode (1310/1550 nm) links

  • Advanced reports and documentation on cabling
