Built on Berghof's coordinated hardware and software platform, each controller delivers real-time performance across a scalable set of interfaces and connectivity options — from compact entry-level deployments through to full multi-protocol, motion control applications. The range is completed by a suite of EtherCAT I/O expansion modules for tailored, application-specific configuration.
Berghof - Safety PLC & I/O
A certified, modular safety solution compliant with SIL3 (IEC 61508) and PLe (DIN EN ISO 13849), programmed through CODESYS V3. Comprising a Safety PLC and range of Safety I/O modules communicating via internal EtherCAT (FSoE), the system is freely extensible and supports straightforward connection of common safety devices.
Berghof - Raspberry Pi Panel PLC
A versatile all-in-one Panel PLC combining HMI, control, and edge functionality in a single device. Built on the Raspberry Pi CM4, it runs either CODESYS V3 (IEC 61131-3) or Raspberry Pi OS for maximum openness. Available in 7", 10.1", and 15.6" capacitive industrial touch panels (16:9), with integrated digital and analogue I/Os, extensive fieldbus connectivity, and real-time control for motion, safety, and robotics. Expandable with SSD storage and AI accelerators for flexible edge applications.
